CHANCEL CHOIR

The Chancel Choir sings a variety of choral literature, ranging from classical to gospel and more. This ensemble rehearses in the sanctuary at 7:00pm on Wednesdays and leads worship during the 11:00am Traditional service Sunday mornings. We also lead special worship services for Christmas and Easter! Membership is open to any adult or youth (8th grade & up). Childcare is available during rehearsal times.

Adults
A variety of musical instruments including the piano, guitar, bass, saxophone and drums are used to lead congregational singing in the Sunday, 9:00am Renew contemporary service. Rehearsal is on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.

The Rhapsody Ringers lead worship in three services each semester including special performances at Christmas and Easter which makes for a "low pressure" ensemble offering from the Music Ministry. Anyone with an interest in learning to ring or those with ringing experience are welcome to participate. This group is open to adults and rehearses at 6:00pm on Wednesdays in the Sanctuary Balcony. Child care is available in the nursery during rehearsal times.

CHILDREN'S CHOIR

Age: Kindergarten - 5th
Children's choir is a great way for your youngster to learn to sing and perform with others. The choir occasionally leads worship in one service or both and participates in seasonal programs. If you would like your child to participate we would love to have them join us! Your child will go to their normal classroom for Sunday School and they will be gathered from there and returned to their class after rehearsal.
RHYTHM RINGERS HANDCHIME CHOIR
Wednesday Afternoons - 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Second Floor, Education Building - Rm 201
Age: 4th - 6th Grades
Rhythm Ringers are open to children in 4th, 5th and 6th grades. We meet on Wednesdays during Worship on Wednesdays (WOW) after school program. We meet in the fellowship hall then rehearse on the 2nd floor of the education building, room 202. Rhythm Ringers are led by Mrs. Laurie Lively. This is a great opportunity for children to learn essential music reading skills before getting into middle school band and choir!
YOUTH HANDBELL CHOIR
Sunday Afternoons 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Youth Handbells are open to youth from 7th to 12th grade. This group meets from 4:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday afternoons in the Lighthouse Annex and is led by Mrs. Julie Blackburn. This is a great place for your youth to grow in Christ as well as their commitment to service in the church.
