National Day of Prayer

May 7, 2020

A brief description of what the idea of the National Day of Prayer is and the two avenues of prayer:

The first avenue of prayer will be a 24 hour prayer and fasting focus. We are asking our community to pray around the clock for our community. Below is the link residents may sign up for a time they will pray. Each slot will be 15 minutes so each person can choose the time and duration that fits their schedule. Multiple people can sign up for each time slot as well.

The second avenue will be a live version of prayer. We will have 10 prayer and praise locations around our city. We will pray for our City, County, Law Enforcement, Fire, Court System, Tarleton, Business Community, School System, Medical Personnel, and the Families of Stepehnville. The Ministers Alliance will send out Ministers to each location. The Minister will introduce the person and the emphasis. The leader will pray for their area of influence and the minister will continue the prayer and add a blessing.
